Storage statistics seems not to work in some projects
Summary
We are having problems with the storage statistics on an android app which we are using with ci and quite some stored build artifacts. Funnily enough the storage statistics in the admin area shows 0 Bytes build artifacts - which can't be the correct value since one build has approximately 12 MB which i checked on the filesystem.
Steps to reproduce
I am not sure, how to reproduce. Have a repo for an android app. Use the CI and build. Check on the filesystem for the size of the artifacts in /var/opt/gitlab/gitlab-rails/shared/artifacts/YEAR_MONTH/REPOID/BUILDNUMBER and compare that size with the displayed storage statistics in the admin area for that project.
What is the current bug behavior?
The wrong (here just the default 0 Byte string) size of the build artifacts is displayed.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The correct size should be displayed.
