Indication why a project import from GitLab.com failed
Description
When CE is configured to import a project from GitLab.com, and if this import fails, this is what we display:
We don't provide any indication of why it failed, and why it failed.

- Indicate why it failed
- Indicate how to fix this (or at least provide some kind of help)
