Automatically move issues in columns on issue board based on various factors

Description

Being able to automatically propagate issues from “to do” to “doing” when someone is assigned, then “ready” when approved, then “merged” when merged, but not deployed, then “qa” when in the QA environment “shipped” when deployed to production, and only in “done” once metrics have been evaluated and the issue is deemed finished.
