Display the totals for time tracking estimation and spent time for all issues within a milestone.
Proposal
Pick on the existing sidebar design for time tracking in issues and port it over to the milestones sidebar, showing aggregated values.
For this first iteration, let's ship the smallest improvement possible, which is to show aggregated values for time spent, time estimated, and time remaining. Assessing the milestone progress based on open/closed issues and time tracking as suggested here is possible, by looking at the issue counts, the progress bar, and the time tracking stats.

On the milestone page, there should be a set of statistics displaying the totals for time estimates and time spent for the issues in the milestone, something like this:
