Rename title in wiki page
Description
Problem: cannot change the page title via gitlab. I ended up clone the wiki repository, change it manually and push the changes into gitlab. It feels strange since you can change the content but not the title.
Use cases:
- I created an initial wiki page. After several months, need to update the wiki. Refactor the wiki page, and need to change the title since it doesn't resemble the content anymore
- There is typo in the title(it happened to me several times)

Goals: User can change the title via gitlab ui, no need to do extra works(clone the repository). Less step to change the title

Add feature to rename title in wiki page. Add 1 more input field in the wiki page to rename title
