New interface for boards search and filter

Description

  • New search and filter interface for boards, following what has already been implemented for the issues list view.
  • For the main board view.
  • For the add issues modal.

Issue list

For this screen the search bar simply replaces the dropdown filters. There's a 16px separation between the search bar and the elements to its sides.

The board has an assigned milestone

Add a non-removable token at the beginning of the search field.

The milestone row is removed from the filters dropdown.

Add issues

When adding issues to the board the milestone filter is visible even if the board has been assigned a milestone.
