Project name cut off with nested groups

Currently projects in nested groups are being cut-off in the project name at the top left of the interface. It should probably scroll or have a hover dialog so users can read the full name.

Proposal

We can truncate the beginning of the path, and show the ellipses as a button like we do in other places throughout the site. This button would be a toggle to expand/collapse the full path
