Empty placeholder in sidebar for todo when user is not logged in

Problem

When a user is not logged in, there is an empty space where normally the "todo" button would be. This is there because of the toggle button.

This takes up unnecessary vertical space..

Proposal / Design

Hide the row, by moving the rest up with, suggestion: a negative top margin?

  • not-logged in & Unassigned: image
  • not-logged in & Assigned: image
  • not-logged in & multiple assignees: image
  • closed sidebar: nothing changes
