How to migrate the SVN source to GitLab with the SVN commit history?

I trying to import the SVN source to Gitlab with the SVN commit history.

I tried below URL but it was not worked! I can only able to get the source, not the history!

Note: I am trying to import by using Git Bash. (in windows)
