Migrate an entire gitlab instance instead of one project at a time.

Description

Is there a way to migrate an entire gitlab server at once?

We have a internal gitlab instance on a linux box with 76 projects. We would like to migrate these projects users and groups up to our gitlab.com account. Will I have to do this for each project one at a time or can I do them all at once?
