Add "Personal projects" tab to dashboard

Description

We use Gitlab internally for every project. This amounts to about 300+ projects. Besides those projects almost all of my colleagues, including myself, have one or more projects in our personal namespace. But when I want to go to my personal projects I have to navigate to my profile and click "personal projects". To check "Your projects" is not a workable workaround as this flooded for me as I do perform code reviews, and consequent changes, to a lot of projects.

Proposal

Extend the dashboard to add another tab to navigate directly to my personal projects. There is plenty of room, I now have a user script installed to do this for me and I am using this link extensively.
