Pressing Cancel on integration settings page redirects to non existing page

Summary

Exiting from any Integration settings via Cancel leads to non-existing page. Seems like probably after service to integration Cancel button url was not updated.

Steps to reproduce

Go to any integration setting page in Gitlab 8.16+ e.g. https://gitlab.com/pchojnacki/gitlab-workhorse/services/kubernetes/edit

Press Cancel, and get redirected to https://gitlab.com/pchojnacki/gitlab-workhorse/services which is 404

Expected behavior

Pressing Cancel should redirect instead to https://gitlab.com/pchojnacki/gitlab-workhorse/settings/integrations
