request review / assign reviewer

Description

I like the feature in GutHub to assign dedicated reviewers to pull request. Then you can assign one (or more?) person to work on the pull request and on (or more) to review the changes.

Proposal

It was great to implement such a "request review" feature on GitLab merge requests. I don't think, GitLab has to reimplement GitHubs review procedure, because the discussions and resolve discussions thing is great already. It's enough to be able to assign reviewers like assigning assignees.
