Issues: broken issue search / filtering + new issue search totally sucks

GitLab seems to have a new search bar.

I reported a lot of issues in gitlab-org/gitlab-ce repo but it finds none from me.

Additionally, this new search totally sucks. Browsing issues is an activity that typically involves mouse only. What used to be super fast to do, e.g. filter issues that I reported or my colleague, or list issues I'm assigned to or a particular team member, now requires a lot of keystrokes. That's
