Filter todos by manual add
Today on https://gitlab.com/dashboard/todos, I can filter my todos by Any action, Assigned, or Mentioned. I currently can't filter to issues I've manually added a todo to.
For some workflows, it is very helpful to quickly view the todos that I've manually added, as those are ones I intended to return to.
