Repository and other tabs not visible in project view

In my gitlab-ce installation I have a project where I have developer permissions but I can only see 5 tabs and can not browse the source (see picture).

The issue was already present in a beta for 8.15 but not in version 8.14.

The feature visibility settings are set to "only team members" for: Repository, Merge requests, Builds, Issues and Wiki. Snippets are disabled.
