404 when trying to download build artifacts using refs

Summary

Since last gitlab update, I can not download artifacts for already existing branch. It seems to work if I create a branch with a new name.

Steps to reproduce

Go to : https://gitlab.com/adi90x/rancher-gen-rap/builds/artifacts/master/download?job=compile-go

Expected behavior

Should download last artifact build

Actual behavior

404 Error

Relevant infos

It works if I use https://gitlab.com/adi90x/rancher-gen-rap/builds/artifacts/latest/download?job=compile-go. Given that latest branch has been created this morning.
