Code coverage badge value is badly rounded

Summary

This is a minor issue, but since we show code coverage with 2 decimals (like 94.62) one would expect to see the badge as coverage: 95%.

Steps to reproduce

Have a test pass a coverage with decimals that would round to the upper number (94.62).

Expected behavior

Should show coverage: 95%.

UX Recommendation: Show full 2 decimal points of precision in the badge (like 94.62). This allows us to be consistent throughout our experience.

Actual behavior

Shows coverage: 94%.
