Unable to access wiki with git access when repository feature disabled

Hello,

If I create a wiki only project, as in the following screenshot I can't access wiki from git access.

Now If from console I clone the project:

git clone git@gitlabxxxxxx.io:mdaguete/documentacion.wiki.git
GitLab: You are not allowed to download code from this project.

Tested in 8.14. I didn't need this project type previously.
