Show unconfirmed email status in user profile

Summary

When modifying an account email address in profile settings a new confirmation email is sent, but there is no indication that the email address is unconfirmed. We should indicate the email address confirmation status in the UI.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to profile settings
2. Update email address
3. Notice that there is no indication on the profile settings page that the account email address is unconfirmed

Expected behavior

Show unconfirmed status. Maybe also a flash message notifying the user that they need to confirm their new email address.

Actual behavior

Unconfirmed status of new email address is not displayed.
