Importing From Gitlab.com to Gitlab CE or Gitlab Enterprise

Hello,

I have tried to import my current project from Gitlab.com to a Gitlab CE instance I have installed. During the import process, it imported the issues with comments but as a description to the issue. Instead as this already an import operation between same software, I guess it can import it "as is". So it shows comments as comments to the issue and not as the description for issue.

Moving forward a complete export/import file would definitely awesome.

Also it would have been great if issue ids were preserved.
