Add Jenkins Service in Community Edition

Jenkins Service in ce

I can imagine there are several reasons behind that choice but I am really surprised that Jenkins CI service is not present in Community Edition.

The stranger thing is that typical "Enterprise" (and not free) services like Jira, Bamboo, TeamCity are available in ce, but the "Community used" Jenkins is not there.

There is a chance to add Jenkins CI to community version available integrations?
