Improve Repository Feature Visibility Wording

Description

The project feature visibility setting is misleading. While feature visibility indicates the settings are about visibility, the Repository description talks only about pushing into the repository. However, the setting gives view permission/visibility of the projects Repository tab before anything else.

Proposal

Improve description of "Repositories" in feature visibility project settings.

Maybe just “Access to the projects Repository tab” or “Access to files, commits, branches, tags, etc”
