Gitlab CI too slow?

What is wrong with gitlab ci? since 1-2 weeks, the ci management of gitlab is suspicious. tasks need a century to start running (picture) or running tasks do not close even if they are finished (as written in the ci log)?

a month ago this was amazing fast. but as i said, since 1-2 weeks there is something wrong...

ps. i have a dedicated instance for the gitlab-runner, so i guess its not my fault.
