Completing an item in a task list removes the Todo flag from a ticket
Summary
If you have a ticket flag as Todo and click the checkbox in a task list the ticket is no longer flagged as Todo
Steps to reproduce
- Create a ticket with a task list

dummy1 -
dummy2 -
dummy3
- Submit the ticket
- Mark the ticket as Todo
- Click a checkbox in the task list
- Reload the ticket page (F5)
Expected behavior
Either the Todo should be removed only when all task are done or if I manually mark it as done.
Actual behavior
same as Summary
