Project limit in groups

We miss a feature to set a project limit for groups (Gitlab version 8.11.9).

Our users would like to create groups by their own. But the problem is, there is no project limit. The personal project limit doesn't work. Therefore we have disabled the feature to create groups. We have a personal project limit of 10. If I would reach the limit, I could create more projects in groups. This is not very optimal. A personal group limit would also be necessary.

Is there a way to implement such a feature in an upcoming release?
