Award Emoji for comments aren't working

This seems to be a regression in rc3, neither myself nor @dimitrieh can add emojis to other user's comments. We get an error.

To reproduce:

• Go to any issue/MR with comments
• Click the emoji button in the top right of a comment
• Choose an emoji to award
• Notice that an error occurs and no emoji is applied to the comment
