Improve clarity of time format in broadcast messages by adding time zone

Confusion about Time

In a global world, time zones are relevant, since they allow us to understand how a specific time is to be interpreted.

In broadcast messages, you can specify starts and ends at times. Based upon my knowledge of the time zone in which the server is located and the time shown, I can understand that it is UTC time.

Also, when you have previously created broadcast messages, the list of these also clearly indicates that it is UTC time (bullet 2).

But when creating your first broadcast message, you have no clue whether to use local or UTC or some other company standard time (bullet 1).

Proposed change add timezone

Add UTC or whatever timezone applicable to the broadcast messages form when creating a new message, for instance by showing 'UTC' near bullet (1).
