Disable deselecting calendar days

Summary

If you go to your profile contributors graph, you are currently able to select and deselect a calendar day. However, if you select the calendar day again, the activity data for that date is not re-displayed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to your profile page (mine as an example)
2. Click on today's date (Notice that the activity shows up below)
3. Click on today's date again (Notice that the activity hides)
4. Click on today's date one more time
5. Notice that the information no longer displays 😞

Expected behavior

It should behave in one of the following ways:

• You're not allowed to toggle the activity details
• Clicking on today's date should display the activity again

Actual behavior

Calendar activity does not display after the user clicks on the same date
