Downloading artifacts for branches/tags button URL is wrong

It seems the actions in the URL is missing. For example now it's showing:

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/builds/artifacts/master?job=knapsack

But it should be:

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/builds/artifacts/master/download?job=knapsack
