Search dropdown labels dont show selected option

Summary

The filter dropdowns on the search page do not correctly display the currently selected option, instead they show the default Any options.

Steps to reproduce

Visit /search, use the filter dropdowns.

Expected behavior

After a selection, the dropdowns should display the selection text after load instead of the Any options.

Actual behaviour

they show the default Any options.

These screenshots make it look like the search isn't working, it is. The labelling is the only issue, not functionality.
