A way to quickly add issues with minimal data and with minimal action Jira

Currently, at the start of a project, when adding a big list of issues, we need to add one, click add new issue again and fill all the fields. Sometimes some issue have the same milestone and labels.

It's better if we can have an option to add issues quickly to the issue list by just adding the issue title and hitting enter. :-)
