Import from GitHub: don't place "Created by: <nickname in GitHub>" on every imported comment/ticket if author is recognized in GitLab

I migrated a GitHub project to GitLab.com and I got "Created by: " on every comment/ticket.

If the importer matches the original author with an existing user at GitLab.com, the "Created by: " part shouldn't be added.
