Count in Merge Request Tabs aren't updating dynamically

Summary

The notes/discussions in the merge request page gets auto refreshed through ajax, but the count displayed in the tabs aren't, leading to inconsistent data.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any merge request page in the browser
  2. Push few commits to the branch associated with that merge request
  3. After few seconds, the new commits show up in the MR page
  4. Check the commits count in the MR tabs

Expected behavior

The commits count should get updated. The same with other tabs
