Add 'Pause' and 'Resume' buttons to specified runners list.

At admin/runners page we can pause/resume a runner by simply clicking a Pause or Resume button. We don't need to open a runner for edit, check/uncheck Active checkbox and save settings for simple pause/resume operation.

It would be great to have the same feature in the projects runners page for the project's specific runners list.

It could look like this:

Currently we have only the edit button (right after the runner's token) and the Disable for this project button (pulled to the right).
