Add "recurring tasks" issues
Some tasks are difficult to be automated or are simply not automated yet. Thus, it would be great to define tasks that remind you on a regular basis to accomplish the task.
Examples:
- Check for updates of used libraries.
- Check for dead links on static websites.
- Other "non-coding tasks" (e.g. check if you got blacklisted, ...)
Rationale:
Although regular "human interaction"-tasks are not desirable, for some projects they might be helpful - especially if automation requires large efforts. For some really small projects I have to check things less than ten times a year and I really don't want to keep in mind when and what has to be done. The issue itself could contain all necessary steps to accomplish the tasks (terminal commands, links to webtools, ...). Moreover it helps to document the work that has actually been done for the project. And: (psychologically) it's a good feeling to close tickets instead of having those "always open" tickets in the list.
Possible implementation:
Define a "special issue" with an interval instead of a due date. If "the time has come" a subtask (e.g. #4058 (closed)) is generated (and "sending of a mail" / "adding to the Todo-list" is triggered).
