Toggling off/on filters in project activity feed is not obvious

I've been confused over the last few days that I had a filter on:

The small blue line was quite subtle, and even though this feature was available before it wasn't clear to me when I highlighted over the "Push events" that I could deactivate it. The underline in the "Issues" tab above is a little bit more obvious, but perhaps there's more that could be done:

As @rspeicher points out, these buttons are not actually toggles; they are mutually exclusive. Perhaps a "Show All" button might make things more obvious?
