Allow to prefill login/sign up fields.

Allowing to prefill the input fields from the deep link like with https://code.example.org/register?email=myuseremail@anotherexample.org would help make journeys from another site to a gitlab instance smooth!

In my case, I want to have a "Keep me updated" email field on our home page, which would redirect to the sign up page of our Gitlab instance with the email field pre-populated, and asking for the full name, username and password to complete the Gitlab registration.

A bonus would be to also allow to remember destination pages when directing users to login/sign up after they hit a private repo. For instance by keeping a query string variable such as https://code.example.org/login?to=mygroup/myrepo and https://code.example.org/signup?to=mygroup/myrepo
