Hide Left sidebar paradigm
- Hide left sidebar by default.
- Put the logo in the center.
- Keep logo in the center. On mobile move logo to right next to the chevron.
- If project name is too long make ellipsis to make logo stay in center with extra padding.
- Remove shifting of content (overlap).
- Make it big again.
- Remove collapse button from bottom and put it on the top.

Should the tanuki be removed from side nav? I think it should because if it's expanded there will be two tanukis onscreen. We could just have the word
GitLab
at the top of the side nav instead - Annabel Dunstone Gray mentioned in issue #18405 (closed)

@jschatz1 @annabeldunstone As idea: maybe instead of word GitLab we just put collapse button in top left. So you expand and collapse sidebar in same place and save some vertical space
