Disable gravatar does not work in /etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb (privacy data leakage problem)
I did this:
gitlab_ci['gravatar_enabled'] = false
And I also changed all the "gravatar.com" domains to something else.
I rebooted my server, cleared all my cookies, logged in, and I still see gravatars.
I do not want ANY of my user or usage or referrer or domain or any other kind of usage/activity data from my gitlab leaking out to any 3rd parties.
*. If gravatar disabling does not work, that issue needs fixing.
*. If rebooting after a change to /etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb does not work, the documentation needs to be updated everywhere where "/etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb" appears, to instruct users what they should do to get those changes picked up (or better - make it automatic).
*. If "/etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb" is the wrong file, something horribly broken is going on, and needs fixing (the "right" file needs to be removed, and changed to match the documentation, or, "/etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb" needs to be removed, or whatever.
