Add an API call for all group issues: /api/v3/groups/XXX/issues

Use existing code to gather all issues for a group through the API.

Proposal

Add a new call to /lib/api/groups.rb which gathers all group issues, similar to clicking the issues link on a group page. I haven't tried it yet, but should be able to:

• set @group
• include IssuesAction
• call issues
