Builds are correct but it shows "failed"

The builds for my project are correct, but the build indicator at the commit title says it failed. e.g. https://gitlab.com/breadmaker/universal-html5-audio/commit/952fa561919fe63fb25b6f96a75f448ce4b269ec/builds
