Edit Issue/MR on Issue/MR page itself
Currently we redirect to a new page to edit an issue. But all the information on that page can be edited on the issue/MR page itself already except the title and description. It would be better if we just edit the page on the page itself. It would make things faster and easier for the user. We wouldn't have to redirect. Something like:
Everything else is editable already. No need to duplicate information.
