Fix line code for comments on diff when importing PRs from GitHub

Observed behavior

When importing a Pull Request that have comments on a portion of the unified diff, some of them are appearing as a discussion on the outdated diff and the comment body isn't shown.

Expected behavior

All Pull Request comments on a portion of the unified diff should appear when imported from GitHub.
