Implement indeterminate state for dropdown items
This is needed for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/13499
When we select multiple issues and some issues already have defined a label from the list we should indicate that the item is present in the selection. So we could click again to assign or unassign a label.
Here's a quick mockup I did.
