Cannot unblock LDAP blocked users.
I have two users that are blocked in our GitLab CE Omnibus edition 8.6.1. As far as I know they have done nothing on their side to cause the block and none of the admins I've talked to have made any changes to users.
I can provide logs if necessary. Is there a workaround for this? I've seen other issues about how this is being handled in code, but I don't see any workarounds.
