Keyboard shortcuts not functioning on all pages

Summary

When visiting Builds, Files, Milestones, and Forks not all keyboard shortcuts are functioning.

Steps to reproduce

Browse to any of the following urls and try to use keyboard shortcuts

• https://gitlab.com/{owner}/{project}/builds
• https://gitlab.com/{owner}/{project}/tree/master
• https://gitlab.com/{owner}/{project}/milestones
• https://gitlab.com/{owner}/{project}/forks

As an example try g-a to go to Activity Feed.

Expected behavior

The keyboard shortcuts should function, but they do not. When pressing g-a user should be sent to Activity Feed.
