Branches page time ago alignment

If you look https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/branches the 'X hours ago' label isn't always aligned to the right of its container. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't.

Also, the spacing above it should probably be upped as well. Seems very close to the buttons above.
