LDAP users showing as ldap_blocked when not?

Hi All,

After recent update I am unable to login as an LDAP user, the user shows as ldap_blocked.

What is the trigger for this state, because the user is allowed access, in the right OU and account is unlocked and working for Windows logons.

I have re-checked my LDAP settings and run reconfigure, all successful, however user is never unblocked.
