Make it possible to add more than one label at a time in issues sidebar

It would be great to make it possible to add more than one label at a time in issue sidebar. Currently we edit only one label and it gets saved. It would be better to make label select box editable and save label after this select box loses focus.

@JobV What do you think about this modification? Basically adding more than one label using a sidebar is something I, personally, need quite often. It is a good candidate for 8.6 in my opinion.

This leads us to the ever-forgotten piece of UI , that used to have this intention

@JobV @DouweM do we still want to implement new dropdown with multi-select? What is the vision? If so ping me to update this UI to adjust the sizes a little.

@JobV awesome , the original was #3279 (closed) (super old). I've updated some margins and paddings around GitLab interface based on the community feedbacks during past releases, now I need to do the same with the source file for the dropdowns. If @jschatz1 will start with only one piece, I can do it fast for the labels first!

@jschatz1 @creamzy please do work together on this as a priority. I think this would be a major usability improvement, don't you think?

Can I also add that if this idea happens that when searching for issues that we can select multiple labels? Just as we can add multiple labels at a time on an issue itself?
